There is also a Sunday class at Lemuria Maui, from 10:30am-12pm “5Rhythms is a dynamic movement meditation practice and philosophy based on a notion that our life is nothing but a dance. While a metaphor, it is also a concrete invitation to turn our suffering and our bliss into art. We can dance our sadness, our anxiety, our confusion. We can dance our joy, our hope, our dreams. No experience (other than your own experience of being human) is necessary. All ages, sizes and physical abilities welcome. Namaste, Dr. Kabba.”
