So why try yoga?
One good yoga class can change your life. The experience to go deep into a state of relaxation, rare for any mama with young or older kids is possible within a class. We breathe everyday, but rarely do many of us connect with our breath. Connection to deep breathwork (pranayama) and body expansion (asana) can release toxins, improve strength and flexibility and improve our overall state of mind and physical wellbeing. As we strengthen our bodies, connect with our breath and quiet our minds our inner joy will start to be reflected in the outer.
At Soulasana they believe that the mind, body, spirit connection that yoga creates is one of the most life transforming journeys we can embark on. It changed their lives and they hope to share it with all of you. “It is with extreme gratitude and joy in our hearts that we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you home.”
