Two Kale Salad with Apples and Cranberry Vinaigrette
Blend all ingredients well in a blender. In a large bowl, combine kale, apples and nuts. Toss with enough dressing to coat well. This can be done 20 minutes or up to an hour before serving. Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!

Kale salad
  • 1bunch lacinato KaleChopped into small pieces.
  • 1bunch curly green or purple kaleChopped into small pieces.
  • 2 organic crisp applesSuch as Braeburn, Gala or Granny Smith, sliced.
  • 1cup hazelnutsToasted at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes (after nuts have cooled, place them in a clean dish towel and gently rub them to remove their brown skins).
