Ingredients
- 1 bunch home grown kale Wash and then strip the leaves off of the stem (you might want to sauté them just a touch to be more digestible).
- 1 handful seeds Your choice of pumpkin or sunflower, or substitute sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Or substitute sun dried tomatoes.
- 1 squeeze lemon
- 1 drizzle olive oil Extra Virgin.
- 1 handful nutritional yeast
- 1 pinch sea salt
