Quinoa Breakfast recipe
1) Cook 1 cup of Quiona in 2 cups of water until done 2) Place handful of blueberries on bottom of breakfast bowl 3) Scoop desired amount of Quiona onto blueberries 4) Add a fine pinch of sea salt 5) Add the four spices to Quiona and gently mix 6) Add the left over coconut shreds from pressed milk bag 7) Cut, slice and dice banana into Quiona 8) Spread hemp seeds on top 9) Pour coconut milk on 10) ENJOY a nutritional Holiday inspired breakfast or warm supper on a rainy Upcountry night
