
1. Drain tofu and press in paper towel to remove excess water. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan on med-high heat. Add the tofu by breaking it into bite-sized pieces. Saute the tofu until golden brown on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce (or Liquid Aminos) and sea salt.
4. Turn off the heat and add the nutritional yeast and ground black pepper to taste. Stir until all the tofu is coated with yeast.
