Hawaiian Banana Bread
Preheat oven to 350F and grease 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan. Whisk together: Flour, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. In a large bowl beat on high speed, until lightened in color: Butter and agave nectar Beat in flour mixture and then gradually beat in eggs. Fold in 1 cup mashed very ripe local apple bananas and ½ cup walnuts/raisons/banana chunks etc… it tastes great plain too. Spread evenly in pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until chop stick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 mins before unmolding and enjoy your yummy Hawaiian banana bread plain or with butter.
