- 4 kale, chard or other large leaf
- mac nut butter You can also use raw almond or organic peanut butter.
- 4 apple banana Or regular banana
- 4 tbsp chia seeds You can also use hemp, flax or sesame seeds ( soaked or ground are digested and absorbed more easily).
