Aloha Chia – think Tapioca Pudding
Combine liquid and seeds and let soak for a few hours (overnight is best). Add any chopped fruits, or toppings – mango and strawberries are a favorite. Cacao, ginger and/or cinnamon are great and nourishing in the “milky” version.
