Hui No‘eau Visual Arts

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! You’re invited! Bring the entire family to Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center ( 2841 Baldwin Ave. Makawao.) on Saturday, August 8 from 10am – 2pm for Family Day 2015!

This family friendly celebration marks the opening of the Hui’s Annual Youth Art Exhibition, featuring artwork created by nearly 250 Maui youth. This exhibition is an explosion of vibrant creativity that shows us all the extraordinary possibilities unlocked by visual arts education. Don’t miss out on a scavenger hunt (1st 50 children), live glassblowing demonstrations, Jamba Juice, Kalama’s Local Grinds, hands-on art activities, face painting, and so much more! This event is free and open to the public and is a great opportunity to explore the Hui grounds, picnic on the lawn, and see inside the Hui’s professional artist studios. We look forward to seeing you there!

The Hui’s annual Youth Art Exhibition will be in the gallery from August 8 – 21 and is free and open to the public daily from 9am – 4pm.  Join us in celebration and support of the young and blossoming artists in our community! This exhibition is generously sponsored by Colleen O’Shea Brady and her grandchildren Oceane Jones, Orion Jones, and Cosette Beloin.
