This is a beautiful park, a few minutes before you reach Iao Valley State Park. It is located on the right hand side, is clearly marked and has plenty of parking.

It is a peaceful setting and fun for the little ones to run around and explore the different memorials dedicated to the cultures that have inhabited and helped shape Maui. It has a traditional Hawaiian hale as well as buildings and small gardens inspired by China, Japan, Portugal, New England, Korea and the Philippines.

There is a little bamboo forest (Chinese section) to explore, foot bridges, ponds, statues and Iao stream on the other side of the picinc pavilions. It makes for a fun morning or afternoon with the kids and is a fun place to have a birthday party.
