Here is a wee Native American legend that I just heard for the first time:

An old Cherokee was teaching his Grandson about life:
“A terrible fight is going on inside me. It is a fight between two wolves. One is evil-he is greed, envy, arrogance, lies, false pride and ego. The other wolf is good. He is joy, peace, love, truth and hope.” He continued, “The same fight is going on in you – and inside every other person too.”

The grandson thought for a minute and asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win the fight?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”

What do we choose to “feed” in ourselves: connection and love? Or do we “feed” disharmony and discontent? The choice is our own in every moment. We are creating our reality, always, through the choices we make.

We get to choose which thought patterns we reinforce.

The thoughts we choose to nourish will flourish!
