Maui Camp scholarships

Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center, located on Baldwin Avenue on the slopes of Haleakala, offers nine weeks of summer art “Camp Kaluanui”. This summer they are offering need-based scholarships for kids ages 5+ for families that qualify.

Camp Kaluanui is a wonderful visual arts program offered to Maui keiki that include a wide array of artistic and creative play. Each week is unique with a theme to inspire children and to help get their creative juices flowing.

Week 1: June 5 – 9
Mission Possible: Countdown to Creativity!
Week 2: June 12 – 16
Power on Your Imagination: Invent it, Make it, Build it!
Week 3: June 19 – 23
Animal House: A Zookeeper’s Dream Camp
Week 4: June 26 – 30
School of Rock: Art Inspired by Music
Week 5: July 5 – 7 (3 days only!)
100 years of Kaluanui:Celebrating Famous Artists from 1917-2017!
Week 6: July 10 – 14
Underwater Adventures: Creativity Under the Sea
Week 7: July 17 – 20 (4 days only!)
House of the Sun: Hawaiian Habitats, Myths, and Legends
Week 8: July 24 – 28
Into the Woods: Innovative Insects & Fantastical Forests
Week 9: July 31 – August 4
Where the Wild Things Are: Whimsical & Wacky Art!
